【摘要】 目的:探讨螺旋CT对胸腰椎骨折的诊断价值。方法:分析36例胸腰椎骨折的X线和螺旋CT扫描资料。结果:螺旋CT能清晰显示胸腰椎脊柱骨折、椎管狭窄和脊髓损伤的程度。结论:螺旋CT能明确创伤病变的部位、性质、程度,而且敏感性和特异性高。与X线相比能为临床的诊断及制定治疗方案提供更多信息及可靠依据,是目前脊柱损伤重要的检查方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the therapical diagnostic value of spiral CT in thoracolumbar fracture. Methods: Analyze scan data of 36 cases with thoracolumbar fracture who both took X-ray and spiral CT. Results: Spiral CT can clearly show the degree of thoracolumbor vertebral fracture, spinal stenosis and stenosis spinal cord injury. Conclusions: Spiral CT can clearly display the position and character and degree of traumatic lesions, It has more sensitivity and higher specificity. Comparing with X-ray, The spiral CT can provide more information and reliable evidence for clinical diagnosis and protocol making.
