【摘要】 目的:评估慢性乙型肝炎患者被歧视心理等级,探讨相关因素及护理干预措施。方法:采用自制调查问卷和患者参与自评被歧视心理等级,对148例慢性乙肝患者心理障碍进行调查研究,患者的被歧视心理分为四个等级,并对其相关因素进行分析。对患者采取人文护理、健康教育、逆转意图法,运用同感心护理干预方法。结果:148例慢性乙型肝炎患者中大多数存在被歧视心理。其存在的被歧视心理的相关因素从强到弱包括十项内容。根据患者的被歧视心理相关因素,采取相应护理干预方法,患者心理障碍减轻。结论:通过正确分析慢性乙型肝炎患者的被歧视心理及相关因素,制定人性化护理干预措施,使患者负性心理得以疏导,病情得到缓解,确保患者身、心症状同时改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Through assessing the level of the discriminated mentality of patients with Chronic Hepatitis B,the paper discussed the relevant factors and measures of nursing intervention.Methods:A self-made survey was made to have the patients self-assess the level of their discriminated mentality.After the investigation on the mental barriers of 148 patients with Chronic Hepatitis B,their discriminated mentality fell into 4 levels.An analysis was then taken to study the relevant factors.Metheds used here are people-oriented nursing,health education,eversal intention as well as sympathy psychological nursing intervention.Results:Most of the 148 patients with Chronic Hepatitis B suffered from the discriminated mentality.The relevant factors can be summarised to be 10 items according to their intensity.Based on these factors,corresponding methods of nursing intervention were put into use.And as a result,the mental barriers of the patients were alleviated.Conclusion:Through the correct analysis of the dicriminated mentality of patients with Chronic Hepatitis B and its relevant factors and formulating personalized nursing intervention measures,the negative mood of patients has been relieved,disease alleviated and both the physical and mental state greatly improved at the same time.更多还原
