加味痛泻要方对大鼠急性放射性肠炎肠道损伤的防护作用

【摘要】 目的:探讨加味痛泻要方对大鼠急性放射性肠炎肠道损伤的防护作用。方法:随机将32只SD大鼠分为正常组(A组),模型组(B组),加味痛泻要方组(C组),思密达组(D组)。直线加速器单次给予全腹12.0 Gy6My-X线照射,建立急性放射性肠炎模型。造模后连续7天给药。取回盲部近端小肠,光镜观察相关形态学指标,以Chiu标准进行肠黏膜损伤分级,并测定肠黏膜NO含量。结果:C组、D组小肠绒毛较完整,小肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度、黏膜厚度和全层厚度与B组比较有差异(P<0.05);C组、D组Chiu分级0~Ⅱ度,与(B组)比较均有显著差异(P<0.01);肠黏膜NO含量C组与D组比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味痛泻要方能加速辐射损伤肠道黏膜的修复,对于维持肠道黏膜屏障结构和功能的稳定性具有良好作用,其机制可能与抑制炎性介质NO的产生有关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of Jiawei Tongxieyaofang Decoction on the digestive tract on rat with acute radiation enteritis. Methods: Thirty -two SD rats were divided randomly into four groups. Group A was the normal group. Group B、C and D were dealed with a- cute exposure to X - rays of single dose of 12.0 Gy on the whole abdomen and treated with different intragastric administration. The morphologic indices of digestive tract were measured by light microscopy and image analysis system. The NO content of intestinal mucosa was detected by the Nitric Acid Reductase. Results: Group C and Group D had a significantly higher level of the height of villus, the depth of crypt, the thickness of the mueosa and entire wall compared to the Group B( P <0.05 ). Group C and Group D fluctuated 0 - Ⅱ degree on Chiu - standard ,which had a remarkable contrast to the Group B( P < 0. 01 ). Group C had a significantly lower level of the NO concentration compared with the Group D( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions: Jiawei tongxieyaofang Decoction can accelerate the recovery of the radiation injury digestive mucosa, Which had benefi- cial effect on keeping the normal structure and function of the intestinal mucosal barrier. Its mechanism may be concerned with decreasing the NO concentration of intestinal tract.
