【Abstract】 As one of the new coursebooks on translation at the State level,A New Coursebook on Chinese-English Translation by Chen Hongwei is characterized by its distinctive cultural traits,permeation of contemporary translation theories through the book,combination of traditional and modern translation studies,as well as its varied forms of exercises.The article analyzes its essential features and points out some deficiencies in it in the hope of improving the compilation of new teaching materials.更多还原
