感应电机效率优化的自适应反步控制研究

【摘要】 针对感应电机的效率优化问题,推导出最优转子磁链表达式,在电机参数变化和负载扰动情况下,提出一种基于自适应反步法的感应电机效率优化控制方案,保证感应电机驱动系统的控制性能,提高系统的稳态运行效率。在转子磁链和电机转速不可测时,能够实现跟踪误差在原点全局稳定。采用跟踪微分器(TD)得到给定转子磁链和转速的微分。仿真和实验结果表明,在保证驱动系统本身控制性能的前提下,该方法实现了系统稳态运行高效率,与传统的PI调节器矢量控制方式相比,提高了轻载时系统的动态响应速度,具有实用价值。

【Abstract】 For the problem of efficiency optimization of induction motors the equation of the optimal rotor flux was obtained.In order to improve the steady efficiency of the system under the premise of unchangeable control performance when parameters and load disturbance exist,an adaptive backstepping controller was presented to optimize the efficiency of induction motors,and the tracking errors of rotor flux and rotor velocity were globally stable at the origin.The derivatives of the given rotor fluxand speed are obtained by using tracking differentiator(TD).Simulation and experiment results show that the proposed method keeps the merits of the drive system and ensures stable efficiency at low loads,as well as increases the dynamic response ability when compared with traditional PI controller in a field-oriented control system and has profound application potential.
