具有轴向通风孔和离心风叶的绕线电机滑环
New Structure of Slip Ring with Own Axial Ventilation Holes and Centrifugal Blades in the Winding Rotor Motor
【摘要】 目前,绕线电机滑环的冷却,普遍存在通风冷却结构不合理,冷却和散热效果不好,容易造成电刷粉尘排除困难,集电环和电刷过热,引起滑环击穿和烧坏事故。自带离心风扇叶和轴向通风孔的绕线电机滑环是我公司根据滑环的应用情况,自主研发的专利产品。该产品有效地解决了以上问题,为绕线电机的可靠运行提供了保障。
【Abstract】 Currently,the cooling methods adopted for winding rotor motor slip ring are of natural cooling,which introduces no special ventilation cooling system,fan cooling,for which fans are assembled on the motor axial,and water cooling.However,for all the above-mentioned cooling methods,such problems are always encountered as unreasonable ventilation cooling structure,not satisfying ventilation,cooling and heat dissipation effect.These problems often makes the electric brush dust not easily be removed,collecting ring and brush overheated,and finally the slip ring broken down and burnt out.With own centrifugal fan blades and axial ventilation holes,the slip ring winding rotor motor,connected with the practical application,effectively solved the above-mentioned problems and therefore,assured the reliable running of winding rotor motor.
