【摘要】 主体功能区是中国区域管理政策的一大创新,自提出后受到国家层面的积极推动,同时在研究领域也备受关注。文章结合国外区域管理的成熟经验,对主体功能区规划编制工作面临的问题作了比较深入的分析。在此基础上,提出相应的建议,并从促进区域协调发展的角度,提出未来我国区域管理框架建构的设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 The plan for development priority zones is a significant in-novation of regional management system for China.It has been not only promoted by the government in a very positive manner,but also at-tracted more concern in this field since it was proposed.In this article,essential attributes of the planning work of development priority zones are introduced firstly,then problems and difficulties are analyzed thor-oughly based on foreign regional management experiences.Finally the proposition of regional management framework for future China is put forward from the point of regional coordination.更多还原
