【摘要】 基于1999年～2007年的数据,对河北省民营科技企业的发展状况进行了系统的分析。研究发现,这一时期,河北省民营科技企业无论从数量、规模,还是在效益、创汇能力等方面都得到了迅速发展;在发展过程中,虽然民营科技企业从事的行业仍以河北省的传统优势领域为主,但科技园区规模效应逐步显现,现代企业制度逐步建立。然而,纵观其发展历程,仍然面临着诸如地区间发展极不平衡、科技队伍发展缓慢、科技投入不足、研发能力较低、融资渠道狭窄等亟待解决的严峻问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the data from 1999 to 2007, this paper analyses the development situation of Hebei non-state-owned S&T enterprises. It is found that Hebei non-state-owned S&T enterprises have developed rapidly from quantity, scale to the ability to get more earnings and foreign exchange; although the industries they undertook cover the traditional dominant fields, but the scale effect of the science and technology parks have formed, and modern enterprise system is gradually becoming the mainstream of their enterprise organization mode. Along with their development, problems can also be found as follows: the development levels of non-state-owned S&T enterprises between regions are extremely imbalanced; the science and technology troop develops slowly; the R&D input is not enough to meet the demand; the R&D ability is feeble; the financing channels are not enough, etc.更多还原
