【摘要】 通过对西气东输二线工程中应用的低氢焊条根焊的特点进行试验和讨论,并与其他焊接材料进行对比分析,分析结果表明:根焊低氢焊材的应用具有一定的发展空间,国产低氢根焊焊材的应用稳定性有待改善。该工艺数据可直接用于工程实际,为490MPa及以上高强度管道用钢的焊接提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 For testing and analyzing the root welding technology of low hydrogen electrodes in the Second West-East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project,we compared them with another root welding materials.We come to the conclusion that the low hydrogen root welding materials can be used more.The national low hydrogen root welding materials should be improved to meet the requests.The given data can be reliable references for high strength pipeline steels welding.更多还原
