【摘要】 随着输气管道建设用钢管管径、壁厚的不断增加,管道自动焊技术得到了迅速的发展。自动焊系统焊接质量稳定、焊接速度快,是一项比较成熟的管道施工技术。介绍了在我国应用的美国CRC-Evans公司的自动焊技术和设备,及其双焊矩自动焊系统的焊接工艺和工程应用情况。工程实践证明,CRC双焊炬自动焊系统是目前管道自动焊先进水平的代表,采用微处理器和电弧跟踪系统实现了对焊接参数和焊接过程的精确控制,可以提高焊接效率,减少焊接工作站数量。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing of transportation gas pipeline diameter and wall thickness,the pipeline automatic welding technology obtained rapid development.The quality of automatic welding is stable,the welding speed is quick,it is an quite mature pipeline construction technology.This article introduced the automatic welding technology and equipment of American CRC-Evans Corporation which are using in our country,the automatically system of the double welding torch,welding craft and application situation of the project.The project practice proves that the CRC double torch welding system is representative the present pipeline advanced level of the pipeline automatic welding,the welding parameters and the welding process has realized accuracy control by the microprocessor and the electric arc tracking system,it might enhance the welding efficiency and reduced the welding work station’s quantity.更多还原
