直流弧焊电源节能技术的发展动态
Development of energy-saving technology on DC arc welding power source
【摘要】 直流弧焊电源从最初的旋转式直流弧焊发电机,发展到今天的逆变式弧焊电源,每一步都伴随着焊机性能的提高、功能的增加、材料的节省以及能耗的降低。特别是目前已经在直流弧焊电源中占主导地位的IGBT逆变弧焊电源,更以其效率高(能量损耗小)、体积小、质量轻、动态响应迅速、性能灵活、稳定工作范围大、噪音小以及易于实现数字化等特点,成为国家重点发展的高科技产品。
【Abstract】 DC arc welding power source initially developed from rotary DC arc welding generator to inverter arc welding power source nowadays,each step is accompanied with improvement of welding machine performance,increase of function,saving of material and decrease of energy consumption.Especially,the IGBT inverter arc welding power source,which now dominates DC arc welding power source,has such characteristics as high efficiency(low energy consumption),small size,light weight,rapid dynamic response,flexible performance,large stable working scope,low noise and easy realization of digitization,has became the state key developed high-tech products.
