丙烯酸酯类浆料中丙烯酸甲酯含量对浆膜力学性能的影响
Influence of Methacrylate Content in Acrylate Size on the Mechanical Properties of Its Film
【摘要】 为寻找浆液中丙烯酸甲酯含量和浆纱质量的关联性,对丙烯酸甲酯含量不同的丙烯酸酯类浆料,利用红外光谱分析结构特征,使用热分析仪器测量浆膜玻璃化温度和力学性能的变化趋势.研究表明:丙烯酸酯类浆料中丙烯酸甲酯含量的不同,不会显著影响其化学结构,但可以引起浆膜力学性能的不同,对浆纱质量有明显的影响.
【Abstract】 In order to research the relationship between the methacrylate content in acrylate size and the quality of sizing, the structural characteristics of acrylate size were investigated by infrared spectroscopy. The change of glass transition temperature and mechanical properties of size film were characterized by using dynamic mechanical thermal analysis. The result indicated that different methacrylate contents in acrylate size would not affect its chemical structure significantly, but caused the difference in its mechanical properties. Therefore it affected obviously the quality of sizing yarns.
