阻燃TPEE非等温热氧降解动力学

【摘要】 为了考察自制膦酸酯阻燃剂(DP-FR)对热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)热性能的影响,测得了阻燃TPEE(FR-TPEE)共混材料空气气氛下非等温热重(TG)数据,利用Kissinger和Flynn-Wall-Ozawa两种动力学方法,分别求得了FR-TPEE热氧降解反应活化能Ea.结果表明:DP-FR对FR-TPEE的初始分解温度、最大降解温度影响不大,对反应活化能稍有影响,阻燃材料仍具有很高的热稳定性.研究结果还表明:DP-FR提高了FR-TPEE热氧降解的质量保留率,显示出较好的阻燃性.

【Abstract】 The effects of phosphonate ester flame retardant (DP-FR) on thermal stability of flame retardant thermoplastic polyester elastomer (FR-TPEE) blends were studied. The kinetics of the thermal oxidative degradation of FR-TPEE blends were investigated by non-isothermal thermogravimetric analysis in air. Kissinger method and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method had been used to determine the activation energies of FR-TPEE degradation,respectively. The results showed that DP-FR had a little influence on initial degradation temperature,maximum degradation temperature and activation energies,but the FR-TPEE blends still had good thermal stability. The results also showed that FR-TPEE blends had high char yield,and also demonstrated the good flame retardancy of DP-FR.
