面向贴片机研制的图像分析测试平台开发
Image Analysis and Test Platform for Placement Machine Development
【摘要】 片式电子元件的封装种类和封装形式数目繁多,而且新的形式不断出现。为适应贴片机的贴装精度与速度的不断提升,视觉系统也需要优化现有的视觉算法和提出新的算法来实现芯片的定位与对中功能的改善。构建图像分析测试平台,包括硬件和软件两个组成部分,能够完成所有的贴片元件的图像测试与分析,从而达到提高视觉计算速度和精度以及在产品开发过程中提高算法的共享与重用效率,缩短开发周期,提升产品质量等目的。
【Abstract】 The package types and packaging forms of SMC/SMD are very many, and new forms con- tinue to emerge. In order to upgrade the mounting accuracy and speed of the placement machine, the existing vision algorithm must be continuously optimized and the new algorithm must be produced so that the positioning and centering functions of the visual system can be improved. The image analysis test platform including the hardware and software is established in order to finish the image test and analyses of all the components. Therefore, the computing speed and accuracy of the vision system can be improved and the algorithm can be well shared and reused in the product development, and it can shorten the development cycle and improve product quality.
