电钻传动齿轮噪声的研究
Research On the Noising From the Transmission Gear Of Electric Drills
【摘要】 电钻传动齿轮噪声超标,意味着产品存在质量问题和安全隐患.电钻中传动齿轮啮合时产生大的噪声,主要由五个方面的误差而引起:齿形误差、齿向误差、齿圈径向跳动、齿面粗糙度以及齿轮支撑装置误差.就广东某电动工具厂生产的单绝缘13mm手持电钻为对象,对少量出现齿轮噪声问是的产品进行了检验,总结问题原因,提出改进措施.
【Abstract】 Excessive noise from transmission gear of electric drills means that the product still owns unclear problems in quality and security.Greater noise is produced when the transmission gear of the power tools is meshing, which is caused by five errors,including profile error,tooth alignment error,gear radial runout,tooth surface roughness and bearing device deviation.For some single-insulated 13mm handheld electric drills from a Guangdong power tools factory,a small number of the products with gear noise problems have been tested,and the cause of the problem is summed up followed by some improvement measures being put forward.
