【Abstract】 This paper discusses the inverse eigenvalue problem and the optimal approximation to anti-reflexive matrices on a linear manifold,and proves the necessary and sufficient condition when the inverse eigenvalue problem has solution.When it is solvable,the general expressions of solution and the optimal approximation solution have been derived.更多还原
