具有最小电流峰值的电容滤波高频高压并联谐振变流器
Minimum Peak Current for High Voltage High Frequency Parallel Resonant Converter With Capacitive Output Filter
【摘要】 建立了一种具有最小电流峰值的电容输出滤波高频高压并联谐振变流器分析设计方法。在保证电路等效输出电压与输入电压相等的条件下,输入电流波形接近矩形波,从而电路具有最小的电流峰值。本文在对电容输出滤波并联谐振电路工作原理分析的基础上,对电路不同工作模态进行了数学描述,并经过进一步分析推导了反映系统特性的表达式和曲线,可用于指导电路参数的设计和系统特性的分析研究。构建了一台24kV/10kW输出的实验样机进行了实验验证,结果表明在现有参数条件下电路具有最小的电流峰值,并且可以通过调整占空比实现全负载范围内的定频稳压功能。
【Abstract】 A method of the high voltage and high frequency parallel resonant converter with capacitive output filter which has the minimal peak input current is introduced.When the equivalent output voltage is equal to the input voltage,the waveform of the input current is similar to rectangular,and therefore the circuit has the minimum value of input peak current.Based on the analysis of the operational principle of the capacitive output filter parallel resonant circuit,mathematic description is obtained for each of the different operational stage.The analytic expressions and curves reflecting the characteristics of the system are obtained by further deducing,which can be used in the design of the circuit parameters and analysis of system characteristics.A 24kV/10kW output prototype was built to verify the theoretic analysis.Experimental results show that the circuit has the minimal peak input current with existing parameters and can achieve constant voltage regulation by the use of duty ratio control in full load range.
