【摘要】 通过一个实例,说明一项任务如何按其对象、特性、目标和达到目标的技术手段进行分解和分类,并给出解决问题的管理策略和途径的选择。
【Abstract】 This paper is to describe,through an example,how to make disintegration and/or classification of a project task to achieve its objective,with respect to its goals,characteristics,objectives and relevant technical means.Finally,both the strategy of management and the selection of avenues to solve the said problems are presented.
