可塑形跟骨钛板治疗跟骨关节内骨折

【摘要】 目的探讨跟骨关节内骨折行可塑形钛板固定的疗效。方法对我院22例跟骨关节内骨折病人行切开复位可塑形钛板内固定的治疗进行回顾,随访时间8～30个月。结果按Maryland足部评分方法评定,优8例,良12例,可2例,优良率91%。结论手术治疗跟骨关节内骨折是一种很好的方法,可塑形跟骨钛板是跟骨关节内骨折内固定的良好材料,但需注意切口并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of plastic calcaneus titanium plate for inside fractures of calcaneus joint. Methods In our hospital,22 cases with inside fractures of calcaneus joint treated by plastic calcaneus titanium plate were followed-up for 8-30 months and were studied retrospectively. Results evaluated by Maryland feet scoring system,8 cases were good,12 cases were fair,2 cases were ok,the good-excellent rate reached 91%. Conclusion Operation treatment is an effective way to treat inside fractures of calcaneus joint,meanwhile,plastic calcaneus titanium plate is a kind of suitable material for such internal fixation operation,but cut complications should be avoided.更多还原
