头帽颏兜治疗儿童前牙反牙合的临床疗效分析

【摘要】 目的研究头帽颏兜治疗儿童前牙反牙合的方法,并探讨其临床疗效。方法使用头帽颏兜,双侧下颌施加650～950千克的后上方向矫形力,治疗44例儿童前牙反牙合,年龄3.5～10岁,平均年龄7.6岁,平均治疗时间4.1个月,治疗前后作头颅侧位片检查并行头影测量。结果治疗前后患者头影测量结果SNB,MP-FH和Co-Go明显减小(P<0.05),ANB角度显著增加(P<005)。结论头帽颏兜对儿童前牙反牙合具有确切疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the effects of chincap therapy for early anterior crossbite.Methods 44 patients anterior crossbite were treated by active chincap with bilateral force of 650～950 gram.Lateral cephalometric roentgenograms were taken before and after the treatment.Results Cephalometric parameters were significantly different(P <005) between before and after treatment in SNB,ABN,MPA and Co-Go.Conclusion Using chincup appliance could be effective and feasible for Class Ⅲ abnormality.更多还原
