血清游离睾酮与勃起功能障碍的关系

【摘要】 目的研究血清游离睾酮与勃起功能障碍(erectile disfunction,ED)的关系,探讨不同年龄组ED患者血清游离睾酮水平。方法按不同年龄段将ED患者分为5个组,采用ELISA法对血清游离睾酮水平进行检测。用t检验对结果进行统计学分析。结果不同年龄组(>60岁、50～60岁、40～50岁、30～40岁及<30岁组)ED患者血清游离睾酮水平分别为:(19.22±10.42)ng/L、(19.94±10.54)ng/L、(24.37±13.25)ng/L、(22.27±11.07)ng/L及(23.64±13.67)ng/L。各组血清游离睾酮水平均在正常值范围内。统计学分析结果表明,不同年龄组之间ED患者血清游离睾酮水平无明显差异。结论血清游离睾酮与勃起功能障碍无直接关系。血清游离睾酮水平与ED患者年龄无显著相关性,说明随年龄增长所发生的ED与血清游离睾酮水平无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between serum free testosterone and erectile disfunction(ED),and to approach the level of serum free testosterone in different age groups of ED patients.Methods The patients were divided into five groups according to their age.The level of serum free testosterone was detected by method of ELISA.And the statistic analysis was made by t-test.Results The level of serum free testosterone of different groups of ED patients(>60,50～60,40～50,30～40 and<30 years group)were(19.22±10.42)ng/L,(19.94±10.54)ng/L,(24.37±13.25)ng/L,(22.27±11.07)ng/L and(23.64±13.67)ng/L,reseparately.The serum free testosterone levels of all the five groups were within the range of normal value.The results of statistic analysis showed that the level of serum free testosterone was no significant difference between each of them.Conclusion There was no obvious relationship between serum free testosterone and erectile disfunction.And there was no significant correlation between serum free testosterone level and the age of ED patients.So the occurrence of ED accompanied with age was nothing to do with the level of serum free testosterone.更多还原
