【Abstract】 Problem-based learning (PBL) is a method of the student’s self-study primarily and teacher’s guiding. The application of PBL pattern in some clinical teaching is proved quite good in both domestic and abroad. The teaching and learning of intestinal obstruction is always difficult and important. By inducting the PBL in the clinical teaching for intestinal obstruction, we discuss our experience gained in carrying out PBL and the existing problems.更多还原
