艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期卵巢恶性肿瘤的临床研究

【摘要】 目的观察艾迪注射液联合化疗对晚期卵巢恶性肿瘤患者的临床疗效。方法58例晚期卵巢恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组。观察组29例,给予艾迪注射液联合化疗药物治疗;对照组29例,单纯应用化疗药物。结果治疗组有效率为68.97%,高于对照组(41.38%),差异显著性(P<0.05);治疗组生存质量比对照组有明显改善(P<0.05),不良反应发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期卵巢恶性肿瘤,较单用方案治疗疗效好,不良反应轻,生活质量改善明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Aidi injection combining with chemotherapy in curing advanced maligment ovarian tumor. Methods Fifty eight patients were randomized into two groups. The treatment group of twenty nine patients were treated with Aidi injection and chemotherapy. The control group of patients treated with chemotherapy only. Results The response rate in the treatment group(68.97%) was higher than that in the comparative group (41.38%)(P<0.05); The improvement of pepticsymptom was better than that in comparative group too(P<0.05).The adverse reaction preseted in the treatment group was greatly less than that in the in the comparative group(P<0.05). conlution Aidi injection combining with chemotherapy could enhance the efficacy, reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy in treating advanced maligmant ovarian tumor and could also improve the quality of life.更多还原
