浅谈异位妊娠的误诊误治

【摘要】 目的探讨异位妊娠的误诊误治原因,从中总结经验与教训。方法回顾性分析了2000年～2006年我院收治的在院内、院外误诊误治的40例异位妊娠的发生原因。结果40例患者中,误诊为流产15例,误诊为安环所致5例、盆腔炎7例、宫血4例、急性胃肠炎2例、阑尾炎1例,均给与了不恰当的治疗。结论提高异位妊娠的警惕是减少误诊的关键,加强基本功的训练,结合辅助检查及快速敏感的β-HCG的动态监测,综合分析,减少误诊误治的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reasons of misdiagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,and then from which sum up experiences and lessons.Methods Retrospective analysis of 40 cases of ectopic pregnancy which have been diagnosed or treated wrongly from the year 2000 to 2006 in or out of our hospital.Results Among 40 cases,15 cases have been misdiagnosed as miscarriage,5 cases have been misdiagnosed as the IUD placement,7 cases as pelvic inflammatory disease, 4 cases as blood palace,2 cases as acute gastroenteritis,1 case as appendicitis,and all of them have not been given appropriate treatment.Conclusion Enhance the vigilance of ectopic pregnancy are the key to reduce the misdiagnosis.To reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis and mistreatment,we need to strengthen the basic skills training,combined with supplementary examination and express-sensitive β-HCG dynamic monitoring,and then comprehensive analysis.更多还原
