下肢深静脉血栓彩色超声影像探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成的彩色超声影像特征。方法对2005年6月～2007年12月门诊或住院的深静脉血栓形成的患者46例,经彩色超声诊断并与造影显像结果比较。结果超声检出血栓形成患者46例,经静脉造影,42例相符,超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的准确性为91.3%。结论彩色多普勒超声具有无创、实时、准确及可重复应用等优点,对下肢深静脉血栓形成有重要诊断价值,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler imaging for detecting deep venous thrombosis of low extremity.Methods 46 patients with deep venous thrombosis of low extremity were admitted during June 2005 to December 2007.Their lesions were diagnosed by color Doppler imaging and radiography,and compared their results.Results 46 patients were diagnosed by color Doppler imaging,42 cases were got the same diagnosis by radiography.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has advantages like non-invasive,real-time,accurate and repeatable application,it plays an important role in diagnosing the lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,it is worth to promote the clinical application.更多还原
