影响脑血管三维重建图象质量因素的分析
Analysis of factors influencing image quality in three-dimensional reconstruction of cerebral artery
【摘要】 目的分析影响三维重建图像质量的主要因素。方法43例脑血管造影三维重建技术应用过程中,根据其出现的影象质量问题,逐一判断产生影响质量的原因,并对每种原因进行分析,提出解决办法。结果43例三维重建,37例图象显示清晰、5例图象模糊、1例重建失败。其中有2例属造影剂使用不当,1例为曝光延时过短,3例产生运动伪影。结论三维重建图像质量的优劣有多种因素决定,如造影剂因素、曝光延迟时间等,只有合理应用这些因素,才能显示出清晰的三维重建图象。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the factors influencing image quality in three-dimensional reconstruction of cerebral artery. Methods 43 cases of cerebral angiography with three-dimensional reconsruction technology were done, and the factors influencing image quality were analyzed. Results There were 37 cases with good-quality images, 5 cases with blurred images, one case failed in reconstruction. The reasons for 6 failed cases were misuse contrast agent in 2 cases, short delay exposure in one case and motion artifact in three cases. Conclusion The image quality of three-dimensional reconsruction may be influenced by many factors, such as the contrast agent, delay time of exposure and so on.
