【摘要】 目的总结带膜金属食管支架在治疗晚期恶性肿瘤食管狭窄中的疗效观察。方法28例患者术前均行X线检查,确定病变部位,狭窄程度,范围及与周围组织的关系。结果支架置放成功率达100%,平均生存期为11.3个月。结论带膜支架在治疗恶性肿瘤所致食管狭窄方面疗效可靠,方法简便而且并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of covered self-expending metallic stent to treat Esophageal carcinoma. Methods 28 patients diagnozed Esophageal carcinoma received esophageal stenting. Results of the 28 cases. all the cases (100%)were planted successfully.And the average survival time was 11.3 months. Conclusion Esophageal stenting is an effective and secure way to treat the Esophageal carcinoma更多还原
