全肘关节置换术的护理与康复

【摘要】 目的介绍全肘关节置换术的围手术期的护理与康复方法。方法对5例全肘关节置换术的临床护理康复实践,总结护理体会和康复经验。结果5例全肘关节置换术患者术后肘关节恢复良好,无严重并发症。结论全面的规范化的围手术期护理管理和康复训练,能有效提高肘关节置换的效果,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the rehabilitation nursing for total elbow joint replacement.Methods Three patients with rheumatoid elbow arthritis were treated with total joint replacement,and the practice and principle of rehabilitation nursing for this technique were presented.Results No surgical complications occurred in all cases.The functions of the elbow joints of all patients recovered satisfactorily.Conclusion For patients with total elbow joint replacement,standardized rehabilitation nursing is essential for improving the function of total elbow joint and decreasing the occurrence of complications.更多还原
