骨巨细胞瘤的影像诊断分析

【摘要】 目的探讨骨巨细胞瘤的影像学特点,提高对骨巨细胞瘤的认识和诊断水平。方法回顾性分析28例行X线常规摄片检查并经手术病理证实骨巨细胞瘤的影像学表现,总结其影像诊断价值。结果28例骨巨细胞瘤的患者中,26例发于长骨骨端,2例发于不规则骨。25例影像学表现典型,术前诊断准确。结论骨巨细胞瘤具有特征性影像学表现,但部分病例不典型,故误诊时有发生,最后诊断需影像、临床和病理相结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discusses the bone great cytoma thephantom study characteristic,enhances to the bone great cytoma understanding and the diagnosis level.Methods The review analysis 28 routine X convention absorbs the piece inspection and after the surgery pathology confirmation bone great cytoma phantom study performance,summarizes its phantom diagnosis value.Results In 28 example bone great cytoma patient,26 examples send in the long bone bone end,2 examples send in the irregular bone.25 example phantom study performance model,in front of thetechnique diagnoses accurately.Conclusion The bone great cytoma has the characteristic value phantom study performance,but the partial case of illness are atypical,therefore misdiagnoses sometimes occurs,finally diagnoses needs the phantom,clinical and the pathology unifies.更多还原
