【摘要】 目的探讨原发胃淋巴瘤的X线气钡双重造影表现和组织病理类型之间的相关性。方法回顾经病理证实的7例原发胃淋巴瘤的X线气钡双重造影表现,分析溃疡、黏膜增粗紊乱及粗大皱襞、肿块、弥漫浸润或多发结节与病理类型低级别淋巴瘤、高级别淋巴瘤的关系。结果7例中低级别MALT5例(71.4%),高级别MALT2例(28.5%),X线气钡双重造影,溃疡4例,黏膜增粗紊乱及粗大皱襞型1例,胃体3例(42.8%),胃窦2例(28.5%),胃底2例(28.5%)。结论不同组织病理类型胃黏膜相关淋巴瘤表现多种多样,溃疡、小结节状突起是低级别淋巴瘤常见征像,高级别淋巴瘤多以肿块出现。与胃癌很难鉴别.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the radiological findings of double-contrast gas-trointestinal examination with pathologic correlation.Methods The radiological features of double-contrast gastrointestinal examination,including ulcers,fold thickening,mucosal nodules,and masses,in 7 cases with clinicopathlogically-proved MALT lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed.and to find out the radiological features correlate with different pathological classification of gastric MALT lymphoma such as low-grade MALT and high-grade MALT.Results In 7 cases of gastric MALT lymphoma,5 cases with low-grade MALT lymphoma(71.4%),2 cases with high-grade MALT lymphoma 2 cases(28.5%),in which ulcers(n=4),fold thickening and mucosal nodules(n=1),or prominent area gastricae(n= 2)at the examination.Three patients(42.8%)had lesions in the gastric body.Two(28.5%)had lesions in the antrum,and two(28.5%)had lesions in the fundus.Conclusion gastric MALT lymphoma with different Histopathol-ogy has multiplex radiological findings.But ulcer,multiple nodules in low-grade MALT lym-phoma is common and masses is common in high-grade MALT lymphoma,however,which is unpleasant distinguish with gastric carcinoma.更多还原
