马钱子粉和马钱子微粉的治疗指数比较

【摘要】 目的探讨马钱子超微粉碎的临床意义。方法急性毒性试验分别测定马钱子普通粉和超微粉的LD50;热板法和扭体法镇痛实验测定两种粉体的镇痛ED50。分别计算治疗指数(TI)。结果热板法测得TI分别为:普通粉:4.471、超微粉:4.280,TI2/TI1=0.9573;扭体法测得TI分别为:普通粉:4.637、超微粉:4.207,TI2/TI1=0.90733。结论马钱子经超微粉碎后,治疗指数降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical meaning of ultra micro powder of semen strychni.Methods The 50% lethal doses(LD50)of two kinds of powder of semen strychni were calculated and the 50% effective doses(ED50)of analgesia tests in hot-plate method and acetic-acid-induce twisting method were calculated also both on mice.Then the therapeutic indexes(TI)were calculated separately.Results The TI measuring from hot-plate method was 4.471 in ordinary powder and 4.380 in ultra micro powder of semen strychni,TI2TI1=0.9573.The TI from acetic-acid-induce twisting method was 4.637 in ordinary powder and 4.207 in ultra micro powder of semen strychni,TI2TI1=0.90733.Conclusion The therapeutic indexes of ultra micro powder of semen strychni are lower than that of ordinary powder更多还原
