探讨超声诊断药物流产术后宫腔残留的价值

【摘要】 目的探讨B超对药物流产后宫内残留物诊断的临床价值。方法对经B超和尿HCG确诊宫内早孕的健康妇女,经药物流产后,见胚囊排出,7～10天后仍有阴道出血,经B超诊断宫内异常回声的27例病例,进行超声图像回顾性分析。结果子宫大小正常或稍大,肌层光点分布均匀,宫腔回声紊乱,可见面积大小不一的不均质杂乱回声伴或不伴不规则小无回声区,或呈弥漫性中高回声区,或呈短线条状高回声。结论B超可对药物流产后子宫内是否有胚胎组织残留,以及残留组织的部位、大小进行扫查,为临床医生选择合理的治疗方案提供了客观、可靠的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of B-mode Ultrasonic on intrauterine residue after drug abortion. Methods The healthy women with early pregnancy in utero (27 cases) which were diagnosed by B-mode Ultrasonography and urine HCG were aborted by drug,but still had the vaginal hemorrhage still after ten days and had abnormal echo detected by B-mode Ultrasonography. We reviewed and analyzed their abnormal sonographic appearance. Results The uterus of these women were normal or enlarged. Larger area and heterogeneous ehco pattterns with irregular no echo,or diffuse-middle-high echo patterns,or short strips-high echo patterns were found. Conclusion Ultrasonogrephy examination can assess whether there is a residual embryonic tissue,and can observe the location and size of residual embryonic tissue. It could provide the signifi cance evidence to diagnosis and treat.更多还原
