【摘要】 在金融危机的冲击下,青年农民工更容易陷入失业困境,他们返乡后在工作、收入和生活方面遭遇大的困境。通过对典型地区调查数据分析,在全面描述青年农民工返乡前在城市生活和社会融入状况的基础上,通过比较他们返乡前后心理上社会融入状况的评价,发现他们融入农村生活成本更低,但却非常向往城市生活、工作并获得市民身份。在比较分析的基础上,提出了进一步改革户籍制度、促进社会权利公平享有等政策主张。更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to the world’s financial crisis,young peasant workers tend to lose their jobs and confront the difficulties in work,income and life when they come back home.According to the analysis of typical data and the comparison of the mental evaluation of young peasant workers before and after their returning home,this paper finds that the cost of their integrating into the local society is lower than that of into the city.However,they have a stronger desire of going to the city and obtaining citizen identity and corresponding rights.On this basis,the paper puts forward some proposals for further reforming the relevant system and promoting the equal share of social rights.更多还原
