短靶室轻气炮实验中弹托分离技术研究

【摘要】 为了解决短靶室轻气炮实验中的弹托分离问题,设计了新型弹托结构和弹托气动分离装置.采用实验和数值模拟相结合的方法研究了弹丸速度和弹托分离范围与分离容器充气压力、筒长及弹丸初始速度的关系.研究结果表明,分离容器中充氮气压力0.2~0.5 MPa,弹速为1~2.5 km/s,在分离装置内能够实现弹托完全分离,弹丸飞行和击靶的姿态和稳定性较好,能够满足短靶室轻气炮实验的使用要求;充气压力增加,弹托分离角增大;弹速越高,分离效果越明显;短的分离容器更有利于降低由气动力造成的弹道偏差.

【Abstract】 To solve the problem of sabot separation in experiments using light gas gun with short target chamber,a new type of sabot and its separation device were designed.The relation between projectile velocity,together with sabot operating range,and charge pressure in sabot separation container,length of the container,and initial velocity was studied through experiments and simulations.Results show that under the pressure of pumped nitrogen gas of about 0.2~0.5 MPa,the sabots can be effectively separated during flight of projectiles in the container at the velocity of 1~2.5 km/s.The pose and the stability of projectiles before impacting targets are satisfying for experiments of light gas gun with short target chamber.The separation angle increases with the increase of charge pressure;and the higher the projectile velocity,the more obvious the separation effect.The short separation container is more advantageous in decreasing the ballistic error caused by aerodynamics.
