【Abstract】 A process of electroless nickel plating on hard aluminum LY12 tobacco machine parts was developed, in which acid pickling and zinc dipping processes were added to the conventional pretreatment process. The easily emerged problems during production process and their solutions were presented. The test results showed that the plating can be carried out directly on the hard aluminum after zinc dipping. The deposit is smooth and bright with uniform thickness and improved wear and corrosion resistance.更多还原
