【摘要】 石灰硝化装置是石灰乳制备系统的核心设备之一。针对石灰原料的纯度、粒度不同而研制的棒球磨膏化机、交叉式石灰硝化器、旋流硝化器三种石灰硝化装置,已成功应用于宝钢、武钢、鞍钢、首钢等国内多家大型企业的石灰乳制备系统中。实践证明,通过合理地选择不同的硝化装置应用于石灰乳制备系统,提高了石灰硝化效率及石灰乳液制备的质量。文中主要叙述了三种石灰硝化装置的组成、结构特点、工艺流程、设计参数及其适用场合。更多还原

【Abstract】 The lime nitrification device is one set of core equipment in the lime-milk preparation system.Developed for different purity,particle size of the lime material,three types of lime nitrification device such as rod and ball grinding lime nitrification device,hydrocyclone lime nitrification device,cross mixing lime nitrification device have been successfully applied in the lime-milk preparation system in many large-scale enterprises including Baosteel Group Corporation,Wuhan Iron and Steel(Group) Corporation,Anshan Iron and Steel Company and Shougang Group.Practical application has proved that reasonably choosing different nitrification device to use in the lime-milk preparation system can improve the efficiency of lime nitrification and the quality of lime-milk preparation.The compositions,structural characteristics,technology process,design parameters and the use of occasions of the three types lime nitrification device are described.更多还原
