【Abstract】 The worldwide financial crisis has b rought an obvious impact on China’s economic growth.Its economy is unavoidably experiencing a period of depression and recovery.Fiscal policy is a strong macro-control means to deal with the crisis.During the macro-control,the Chinese government should start with the target of its fiscal policy to analyze the validity and practical problems of the policy,to clarify the functional orientation of the fiscal policy at the present situation,and to accelerate the process of recovery both by raising the confidence and improving the people’s livelihood.更多还原
