基于71M6534H的新型多功能电能表的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Electronic Watt-hour Meter Based on 71M6534H
【摘要】 系统级计量芯片(SoC)的走向实用为多功能电能表的设计提供了提高精度、增强功能、降低成本的空间。本文提出了一种基于71M6534H计量芯片的新型多功能电能表的设计方法,通过说明71M6534H芯片的工作原理,简化了多功能电能表的电路设计,并给出了该多功能电能表的实际电路结构。该新型多功能电能表已进行了样表研制,测试结果表明该设计提高了计量精度、简化了电路结构、提高了电路稳定性,并可以缩短开发周期,降低企业成本。
【Abstract】 Practical applications of metering System-on-Chip (SoC) provide space of improving accuracy,enhancing function and reducing costs on design of multi-function electronic watt-hour meter. This paper puts forward a design method of new multi-function meter based on 71M6534H. It simplifies circuit design and gives actual circuit configuration by clarifying principle of 71M6534H. This sample of new multi-function meter has been developed and through test. Results show that this design improves metering accuracy,simplifies circuit structure,enhances circuit stability,shortens development cycle and finally reduces enterprise cost.
