本科生导师队伍建设的探索与实践——以专业课教师担任本科生导师为例
On Constructing the Contigent of Undergraduates Tutors——example of the professional teachers act as the tutor of undergraduates
【摘要】 本科教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,作为本科生培养工作的主要组织者和实施者的导师,其思想政治素质、学术水平和工作作风直接影响着本科生的成长,对于本科培养质量具有十分重要的作用。提高导师的道德素养、学术水平、创新意识和能力,建设一批高质量的导师队伍,特别是着重加强对专业课教师任本科生导师队伍的建设,是当前本科生教育工作的重要任务。本文以专业课教师任本科生导师为例,论述了这支队伍的优势及在队伍建设时存在的问题,提出了加强专业课教师任本科生导师队伍建设的解决措施。
【Abstract】 Education of undergraduates is the important part of higher education.As the main manager and executor of cultivating undergraduate,especially the professional teachers act as the tutor of undergraduates, its moral and academic levels,work style immediately affect the quality of undergraduate.To enhance the tutor’s moral and academic levels is the important task to construct this tutor’ s contigent.This paper takes the professional teachers actirg as the tutor of undergraduate as an example,points out its superiority,analyzes its exits questions,and some management methods.
