【摘要】 本科教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,作为本科生培养工作的主要组织者和实施者的导师,其思想政治素质、学术水平和工作作风直接影响着本科生的成长,对于本科培养质量具有十分重要的作用。提高导师的道德素养、学术水平、创新意识和能力,建设一批高质量的导师队伍,特别是着重加强对专业课教师任本科生导师队伍的建设,是当前本科生教育工作的重要任务。本文以专业课教师任本科生导师为例,论述了这支队伍的优势及在队伍建设时存在的问题,提出了加强专业课教师任本科生导师队伍建设的解决措施。更多还原
