【摘要】 针对目前高校辅导员激励管理中存在成就感低、能力提升慢、稳定性差和凝聚力低等主要问题,在分析辅导员基本需求的基础上,提出了辅导员激励管理措施:引入民主参与机制,激励个性化发展;注重职业生涯规划管理,满足自我实现需要;完善组织管理制度,激发公平竞争意识;营造和谐环境,体现人文关怀,从而激发辅导员队伍的活力,实现高校思想政治教育目标。更多还原
