【Abstract】 The employment rate of the higher vocational graduates in Heilongjiang province is lower than the general level,although the gap is reduced.There are a lot of factors affecting this rate in Heilongjiang province,which included lagging development of social industrial framework,old ideas of employers,deviation application of the Professional Qualification Certificate,irrational majors in the colleges,imperfect system of practice education,and higher expectation of parents and students.更多还原
