【摘要】 为了掌握我校学生体质情况,更好地贯彻和实施《国家学生体质健康标准》,在统计学生体质健康检测数据的基础上,对大学生体质健康问题进行了分析和总结,发现男女大学生在身体形态方面有很大的差异,以及在各年级学生的身体素质方面有较大变化,并针对这些发现提出了相应的解决办法,以便更好地促进学生积极参加体育锻炼,提高自我保健能力和体质健康水平,检查教学质量,找出差距和不足。更多还原
