【Abstract】 The undertaking education is the specific request of quality-oriented education in the era of knowledge economy.The implementation of undertaking education,widely carrying out the university students’innovative undertaking activity is one of the important tasks of higher educational reforms.It is also the inevitable trend of the educational reform and development under the socialist market economy condition. Considering the serious problem about the current university student employment,the college of the animal science and technology has taken the raising of student’s initiative capacity as the important content of deepening education and educational reform,developed the innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice positively, explored the multi-skills and the personalized innovation undertaking personnel training model unceasingly, improved the overall quality of university students,promoted graduates to run their own businesses to provide more jobs for society.更多还原
