外源NO提高海滨锦葵耐盐性

Effects of Exogenous Nitric Oxide on Salt Stress Tolerance of Kosteletzkya virginica

【摘要】 研究了SNP(NO供体)对于盐胁迫下海滨锦葵(Kosteletzkya virginica)幼苗的干物质质量、主要抗氧化酶活性、脯氨酸积累、细胞质膜的过氧化程度以及Na+分布的影响,以及NO在海滨锦葵耐盐性中的作用,结果表明,外源NO能够增加盐胁迫植株的过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性,促进脯氨酸积累,减轻海滨锦葵幼苗的细胞质膜的过氧化程度,增加植株干物质质量,还能够进一步降低Na+在根和叶片中的含量,轻微增加K+在根和叶片中的含量,降低[Na+]/[K+]比率,从而提高海滨锦葵的耐盐性。

【Abstract】 An experiment was conducted to study the effects of sodium nitroprusside (SNP,60μmol/L),a nitric oxide (NO) donor,on dry weight,activities of major antioxidant enzymes,proline accumulation,lipid peroxidation,and distribution of sodium in Kosteletzkya virginica. The effects of NO on salt tolerance in K. virginica were analysed. Results showed that SNP could increase dry weight,activities of catalase,peroxidase and superoxide dismutase,and proline accumulation,and decrease MDA contents in the presence of SNP under salt stress. SNP could also reduce Na+ levels and increase K+ levels in roots and shoots. Correspondingly,the plants treated with exogenous SNP maintained a lower ratio of [Na+]/[K+]. Thereby,the salt tolerance of K. virginica could be improved.
