毛竹秆茎维管束结晶图像的分割

【摘要】 介绍了基于模糊推理和形态特征的图像分割算法,并综合两种算法实现了毛竹秆茎维管束横切面结晶图像的分割。在基于模糊推理算法对图像进行初次分割的基础上,应用形态特征算法对初次分割结果进行了区域标识和面积形态特征的量测,最后应用阈值分割实现了对维管束结晶区的分割。试验表明:综合应用两种算法的分割效果良好,维管束信息保存完整。

【Abstract】 Two image segmentation algorithms based on fuzzy inference and shape features are introduced respectively.The segmentation of crystal area in vascular bundles in the transverse section of Phyllostachys pubescens culms could be realized by combining the above two algorithms.The algorithm based on fuzzy inference was used for the primary image segmentation,and the algorithm based on shape features was used for regional label and area measurement according to the above resultant image.The image segmentation of crystal area in vascular bundles could be realized by the segmentation method of threshold.Experiment result shows that the combination of the above two algorithms is more effective and the information of vascular bundle keeps integrated.
