【Abstract】 As a settlement monitoring instrument in the interior of an earth dam,the rod settlement gage can meet the requirements of monitoring the interior settlement of an earth dam in an automated and convenient way. It can reduce the effects on dam construction,and cut down the unnecessary cost of civil engineering of observation rooms and other related works.
