大豆抗疫霉根腐病的分子机制
Molecular mechanism of soybean to Phytophthora root rot
【摘要】 大豆疫霉根腐病是毁灭性病害之一,每年都会给大豆产业带来巨大的经济损失。抗病品种的选育和种植是对此病的最有效防治措施。抗病机制的研究可以为抗病品种的选育提供理论基础,因此抗病机制成为研究焦点。根据大豆抗疫霉根腐病(Phytophora root rot)的分子机制的研究进展,文章阐述了大豆防卫基因、大豆疫霉菌无毒基因以及大豆-疫霉菌互作的研究进展,以期为抗病品种的选育提供理论基础。
【Abstract】 Phytophthora root rot is one of the most destructive diseases of soybean.Sharing economic loss of soybean industry is caused by Phytophthora root rot of soybean every year.Selecting,breeding and planting of resistant cultivars are one of the effective methods to control Phytophthora root rot of soybean.Resistance mecha-nisms is the theoretic base of selecting and breeding of resistant cultivars,so resistance mechanism of Phytoph-thora root rot is focused on in the world.According to research progress of Phytophthora root rot,this paper briefly presented the progress on the defense genes of soybean,avirulence gene of Phytophthora sojae and inter-action of soybean-Phytophthora sojae.
