【Abstract】 According to the practical information development of higher education institutes,combining the Balanced Scorecard approach,we build a university information technology evaluation index system.At the same time,we build a level of analysis to determine the weight of indicators,information for colleges and universities in the evaluation index system,including qualitative and quantitative indicators of the characteristics of indicators.We also construct the Higher Education Information fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the BSC.更多还原
