【Abstract】 In line with the idea of innovating the concept on transforming sci-tech achievements in universities,this paper analyses all factors that affect the transformation of sci-tech achievements,i.e.the cognitive function of higher learning system is backward,the conceptulization on scientific research market is weak and the enterprise culture is vague,etc.Based on the aforementioned analysis,the author comes up with solutions that help promote an innovative conceptualization on the transformation of sci-tech achievements and points out that the key issue in this process is to enhance the efficiency of transforming sci-tech achievements and to innovate the subjectivity’s concept on transforming sci-tech achievements.更多还原
