六甲基二硅氮烷对LiMn2O4电极性能的影响
Effects of hexamethyldisilazane to the performance of LiMn2O4 electrode
【摘要】 研究了六甲基二硅氮烷(HMDS)对电解液稳定性和锂离子电池循环性能的影响。加入0.1%的HMDS不会影响电池的首次放电容量,能抑制电解液中LiPF6的水解;常温下以1C在3.0~4.2 V循环100次后,电池的容量保持率为92.4%。
【Abstract】 The effects of hexamethyldisilazane(HMDS)to the stability of electrolyte and cycle performance of Li-ion battery were studied.The addition of 0.1% HMDS did not effect the initial discharge capacity of the battery,could restrain the hydrolysis of LiPF6 in electrolyte,the capacity retention of the battery after 100 cycles with 1 C in 3.0~4.2 V was 92.4% at ambient temperature.
